Speaking when President Ruto assented to the Sovereign Wealth Fund Bill, 2026 at State House on Thursday, Oburu Odinga lamented that individuals with vested interests were frustrating President William Ruto’s transformative government projects and programmes.

For the pilot, the drug will be made available in areas with the highest transmission rates, starting with Douala, according to health officials.

The coffee programme is expected to benefit thousands of farmers in the county. Dr Ottichilo announced that over 12,000 coffee seedlings of Ruiru 11 and Batian varieties would be distributed to farmers as part of the first phase of the initiative and another 20,000 seedlings in the second phase.
