What am writing is not Bible-like or Quran-like truth. It requires serious academic researchers to address it for present and future generations of Ugandans to appreciate our current sociological situation.

I invite political scientists, political ecologists, anthropologists and environmentalists to get interested in delving further into the various presidential influences on Uganda. One thing is true: Uganda has never had such a political and environmental influence as Tibuhaburwa Museveni’s. It is during his reign that there has been resurgence of the human energy system called nomadic pastoralism.

This has been blamed for the rapid spread of the criminal practice of land-grabbing everywhere in the country, causing population dispossessions and displacements. It is indeed because of nomadic pastoralism that the numbers of internal refugees have risen supersonically as settled communities lose their land to the nomadic pastoralists – both orthodox and modern. Many once nomadic people have used political power or their attachment to the people of power ethnically and kin-wise to either grab or deceptively buy land from the deliberately impoverished indigenous communities.

Such nomadic pastoralism are now the modern ranch owners, coffee farmers, sugarcane farmers, et cetera. We can say people, who as refugees from elsewhere, roamed the land following their cattle for grass and water have captured the land from the legitimate owners. They are using the deliberate provision in the 1995 that any Ugandan can settle anywhere in Uganda. They have captured the nationality, sovereignty and citizenship of Uganda and even deceptively bestowed themselves with dual citizenship. This means new refugees from elsewhere, such as those expelled from Tanzania or DRC and ethnically related to powers-that-be can easily become Ugandans and dominate everything as has recently been happening in Acholi and in Government.

Clearly, we need a new sociology, biosociology and behavioral ecology of Uganda to grasp what is going on in every sphere of life during the long reign of President Museveni to the advantage of nomadic pastoralism in power and outside power.

So then how exactly has President Tibuhaburwa Museveni been able to rule Uganda for so long?

1. Deception

President Tibuhaburwa Museveni is highly gifted in the art and science of deception. Although this is a requirement if one wants to be a successful politician, the president excels in its deliberate use to subdue detection that he deliberately uses untruth to rule. Nobody or institution has not tasted his deceptions or untruths. Individuals and institutions have been promised heaven on Earth, and some have waited for decades for the president to honour his promises. However, there are also many that have been promised this and that and have actually got it.

The promises may be jobs, money, roads, land, et cetera. These are also the ones that have actually enhanced his worship leadership. Many people and institutions have died or collapsed cursing the president for promising them air. In a country that works, deception would be enough to cause a president to lose power but not Uganda. Deception has been effective in elections too and it is actually institutionalised to ensure that the presidency of President Museveni is perennial whether he is elected or not. Besides he has enough followers to shout how popular he is every time a presidential election is held. Meanwhile deception works in the Electoral Commission, which he constitutes, to produce the results he desires.

2. Jobs

President Tibuhaburwa Museveni has used jobs as a political tool. He has in every part of Uganda particular political families, which he has ensured that if there are any jobs to share with his own ethnic group, then he can resource some workers from those families. Otherwise, he has ensured that jobs, both juicy and unjuicy, are created, preserved and perpetuated in job market purposely to serve his political interests.

3. Docility of Ugandans

4. Money

5. Beautiful Rwandese women

6. Militarism

7. Drinks

8. Ethnicity

9. Cultivation of fear

10. Historical Connection with Anglo-American Axis of power

11. Chinese

12. Indians

Once you capture Busoga and Buganda you have captured the whole country. Museveni gives Nadiope and Mutebi Ush60 million ($15,426) every month. The Rwandese use money, beautiful women, jobs and drinks to capture the natives. They have pumped a lot of money to keep hold of Uganda. And the money is public money. They ensure all juicy jobs are occupied by themselves at excessive cost. They invest heavily in making laws and in justice, paying legislators highly. They spend a lot on security. and minimally on social services. As if that is not enough they are exporting our young men and women into slavery and are making trillions, which are not building Uganda but their individual financial empires. If Slavery builds Uganda then Uganda would be a Musevenite paradise, but it has become hell on Earth for the majority of Ugandans.

They encourage festivities, partying and betting to stupidity the majority of the young people who spend right into the hands of Rwandese. Their women who are good money resources from stupid Ugandans, are now everywhere as wives. All businesses belong to them, even microfinance institutions, which are a great tool in keeping Ugandans poor and even impoverishing them furthermore.

This has to stop. Indigenous Ugandans must wake and reclaim their country.
