The world’s tallest man is ready to settle down.

Sultan Kosen, 39, who is a lofty 8”3 (251cm), has travelled to Russia in search of a new partner to start a family.

“I heard that Russian women love hot, polite men. It should be easy!”, he told a Russian TV show.

The farmer of ethnic Kurdish descent was born in the south-eastern Turkish city of Mardin and holds the Guinness World Record for the tallest living man.

He had a tumour affecting the pituitary gland that caused him to suffer from gigantism and acromegaly, when the pituitary gland produces too much growth hormone.

Kosen said he eventually got used to being so tall, but he admits it sometimes causes him some difficulties and discomfort.

He was previously married to 175-centimetre- (5”9″) tall Syrian woman Merve Dibo in 2013 but things didn’t work out because she spoke Arabic and he can only speak Turkish.

The couple recently divorced and Kosen is now back on the market. He jumped on a plane and travelled to Moscow in search of a new bride in early December.

Kosen said he heard that Russian women possess incredible beauty and a loving soul and decided he wanted a Russian bride to bear him a son and a daughter.

On the TV show “Let Them Speak” on TV1, Kosen said: “It should be easy. I can provide well and do not need money.

“I would like to take my wife back to Turkey. I live in a historical place, in the southeast, but quite far from the sea.

He added: “A Russian woman in love will adore her man forever.” It is unclear how long Kosen plans to remain in Russia looking for his next bride.
