Lender set up Raphael Tuju, preliminary evidence shows as authentication of ‘receipts’ gets underway
To my audience and concerned citizens, the authentication of cataract agreement between Raphael – owner of contested high-end Dari Restaurant in Karen – and East African Development Bank – the lender who drew up the agreement – starts.
There strong indicators that the borrower got the shaft.
My team and I are now in possession of the critical documents drafted by the legal team that brokered the payment plan between Raphael Tuju and the East African Development Bank (EADB).
As I have stated before, every borrower has a right to a remedy, especially when the breach of contract originated from the lender themselves.
In this case, the EADB’s failure to disburse the second phase of the loan “choked” the business, yet they claim no “credible offer” for repayment was made. These documents tell a different story.
The update:
Because I balance this advocacy with my full-time role at the hospital, I have been on an evening shift today. However, the work does not stop. I have already directed a member of my team to go and officially authenticate these documents.
Our promise:
We do not deal in rumours; we deal in “receipts.” Once we are fully satisfied with the authentication process, I will provide you with the full information. I will show you exactly how the borrower’s rights were infringed upon – not once, but twice.
The truth is in the paperwork, and the digital era doesn’t allow for “cherry-picked” justice anymore.
