Kenya towers over 13 members of FEASSA as curtains come down on East and Central Africa school games
Team Kenya collected a total of 63 medals, 21 gold, 24 silver and 18 bronze to retain their dominance in the regional championship. Uganda followed closely with 48 medals with 16 gold, 15 silver and 17 bronze, while Tanzania finished third with nine medals. Rwanda settled for five medals, Burundi managed two, while Ivory Coast finished without a medal.
FEASSA president places Kakamega in line to host future editions of East African school games again
Due to the good reception, Mugisha said that Kakamega County will be considered to host other editions of FEASSA games if fans will behave well during this year’s edition.
